Not totally in love with what you ordered? No stress — here's how returns and refunds work at Lady Bella 2.

You've Got 30 Days

From the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to send it back. Just make sure it's unworn, unused, and still has its tags and original packaging — basically, in the same shape it came to you.

A Few Things We Can't Take Back

Some items are marked as final sale, and unfortunately those can't be returned. This includes:

  • Anything labeled "Final Sale" when you bought it
  • Sale and clearance pieces
  • Gifted items (more on that below)

What About Exchanges?

We'd love to offer easy swaps, but right now we don't do general exchanges — so it's worth double-checking sizing and details before you order. That said, if we made a mistake (wrong item, something defective), we'll absolutely make it right.

Return Shipping Is On Us

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a free prepaid shipping label. You won't pay a cent to send it back — we've got that covered.

When Will You Get Your Money Back?

After your returned item lands back with us and our team checks it over, you'll see your refund within 7 business days, sent right back to your original payment method. We'll email you once it's done.

Partial Refunds & Sale Items

If an item comes back to us damaged, we may only be able to offer a partial refund — and anything that's clearly been worn or used isn't eligible for a return at all.

If you bought something on sale, we're only able to offer store credit for approved returns, not a cash refund.

Got a Damaged or Wrong Item?

That's on us, and we'll fix it. Head to our Return Center, attach some photos of the issue, and once we've had a look, we'll set you up with a free replacement or refund.

How to Actually Start a Return

Here's the simple version:

  1. Go to our Return Center and fill out the request.
  2. Attach your order details plus a photo or two if there's an issue with the item.
  3. We'll review everything and follow up with a call or email letting you know if it's approved.
  4. If it's a go, you'll get a free prepaid return label by email with instructions on sending it back.
  5. Once we receive and check the item, your refund or store credit will follow the timeline above.

Returning a Gift?

Gifted items can be returned for store credit, but we're not able to issue a cash refund on those.

Refund Taking a While?

First, check in with your bank or card provider — sometimes it just takes them a little longer to process things on their end. Still nothing after that? Reach out to our support team, and we'll dig into it together until it's sorted.
