Privacy policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

At Lady Bella 2, we take your privacy seriously — and we know reading through a privacy policy isn't exactly fun. So here's what we do with your information, in plain terms.

What We Collect

What you tell us directly:

• Your name, email, and phone number
• Billing and shipping address
• Payment details (handled securely — more on that below)
• Your order history and any messages you send our support team
• Anything you share through contact forms, the Return Center, or live chat

What we pick up automatically: When you browse our site, we collect some background info through Shopify's built-in tools and Google Analytics, like:

• Your IP address and rough location
• What browser and device you're using
• Which pages you visit, how long you stay, and where you came from
• General browsing and shopping behavior on our site

Why We Collect It

We use this info to:

• Get your order processed, shipped, and handled if you need a return
• Keep you updated about your order or respond to your questions
• Understand how people use our site so we can make it better
• Catch and prevent fraud or anything shady
• Meet our legal obligations

To be clear: we don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Who We Share It With

We only work with a small handful of trusted partners who help us run the business:

• Shopify – powers our store and handles order and payment data
• Google Analytics – helps us understand site traffic
• Shipping carriers – get your package to your door
• Payment processors – handle your payment securely

Each of these providers is bound by contract to protect your information and only use it for the job we hired them to do. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

A Word on Cookies

Our site uses cookies — small files that help things run smoothly, remember what's in your cart, and let Google Analytics understand site traffic. None of this identifies you personally.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings whenever you like, though some features (like your shopping cart) might not work quite right without them.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We hang onto your information only as long as we actually need it — whether that's to fulfill an order or meet legal and accounting requirements.

Keeping Payments Secure

All payments run through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant system. We never store your full card number on our servers.

If You're in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have a few rights when it comes to your data:

• Know what personal information we've collected about you
• Delete the personal information we have on file
• Opt out of the sale of your data (though we don't sell it anyway)
• Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights

Want to use any of these? Just reach out using the contact info below — we may need to verify it's really you before we process the request.

About Kids and Our Site

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone that age. If we find out we accidentally have, we'll delete it right away.

Updates to This Policy

We might update this policy from time to time as our practices change or laws evolve. Whenever we do, you'll see a new "last updated" date right at the top.
